This remarkable lodge was built by a local family in 1943.  It is exactly what you think a lodge should look like.  It's rustic, cozy, and there is not a level board in the place...but that just adds to its charm.

The Lodge is truly one of the historic landmarks in Creede.  The Lodge is approximately 6,000 square feet and includes a reception/front desk area, a 90-seat restaurant, and the largest gift shop in the area.  Come in and see this historic building, including a large collection of animal mounts.
