Reservation Policy

One night of your total stay is required upon booking, the remaining total will be collected upon check-in. "Peak" rates are effective Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cottonwood Cove reserves the right to make changes to your reservation if necessary. In an event that we must change your reservation, we will attempt to communicate with you, prior to making any alterations, for your approval. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning should a cabin be left in condition which requires more cleaning than usual.
Cancellation Policy
Early check-outs will not be eligible for refunds unless there is an emergency beyond their control. Due to our short season, NO REFUNDS will be administered after May 1st.
Please note when checking out, you will be directed to checkout with Paypal. You can select "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD" if you do not want to use Paypal.
A MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS IS REQUIRED ON CABINS #15, #27, #29, #30 AND #31. Additional charge of $15 per night is required for each guest that
exceeds the cabin occupancy. Non-highlighted cabins are privately owned. A one-night, non-refundable deposit of entire stay is required at time of reservation and remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. As we are busy and seasonal, cancellations and early checkouts will not receive any refunds. "Peak" rates are effective Memorial Day through Labor Day.
RV SITES: $55 per night for 30 amp service, $60 per night for 50 amp service. Most sites are pull throughs and all include FHU and WIFI. Weekly rate is $350 and monthly rate is $800 plus electrical. You may request a specific site, however, it is never guaranteed and at our discretion.
Pet fees are $25 per dog and dogs are limited to two per reservation and must be under 50 lbs. No aggressive dogs allowed and all dogs must be on a leash in hand and cleaned up after. Not all cabins are pet friendly. Please see rate sheet descriptions for more details. Rates do not include taxes.
